Science proves our body chemistry reflects how we sit, stand and walk.

Harvard Business School Professor and social psychologist Amy Cuddy proved in a experiment that our bodies have a chemical reaction depending on how we hold ourselves. One group stood with a strong, confident pose and the other group a weak, slumped over pose for two minutes. The confident group raised their testosterone level and lowered their cortisol (stress hormone) level. The opposite happened in the weak pose group. Their testosterone level went down and their cortisol level went up.

  2. The Power of the Points List: use this list to mention the most important benefits of your product. These are the things that make it a must-buy.
  3. Time to Shine: be as specific as possible and always remember: it's about benefits, not features. You can mention features, of course, but always do so along with mentioning an important benefit.
